Hannah Hutson empowers people to achieve a healthier lifestyle through functional training and proper nutrition. Hannah has successfully received every certification through StrongFirst, making her a StrongFirst Elite instructor and also holds a Precision Nutrition certification. Her goal is to help others achieve their health and fitness goals, in and outside of the gym, through her nutrition and fitness programs. Hannah has extensive knowledge working with all types of clients including; individuals coming back from severe injuries, chronic injuries, all the way to training individuals to getting their StrongFirst kettlebell certification. She takes a very holistic approach towards nutrition, helping individuals find a balanced, sustainable diet that fits their individual needs and lifestyle.
