Hi! I'm Hannah. As a certified nutrition and strength coach, I've been dedicated to helping women achieve their health goals for nearly a decade. But in 2021, I faced my own health challenges that deeply impacted me and transformed my approach to coaching.
I started experiencing hormonal imbalance symptoms, including chronic inflammation, chronic fatigue, and insomnia. I had headaches everyday, which I later discovered were due to a gluten intolerance. I had joint pain that severely affected my ability to lift in the gym. My blood sugar was all over the place causing me to feel ravenous and weak all the time. I felt puffy, especially around my face. Despite sleeping 9 hours a night, I felt fatigued and relied on caffeine to get me through the day. During my sleep, I was constantly waking up between 2-4am, wired and unable to go back to sleep.These issues led to a 25-pound weight gain over two years.
I knew something had to change. Despite lifting weights five times a week and eating mostly whole foods, I felt terrible and uncomfortable in my body. So, I committed to finding a solution.
Two years later, I'm proud to say I'm back to my pre-hormonal imbalance weight and I feel better than ever. By implementing habits that improved my hormone and metabolic health, and carefully adjusting my caloric intake, I reduced my body fat while maintaining my muscle mass.
My journey has made me a better coach. I understand firsthand that women are not just small men—our bodies have unique needs when it comes to achieving fat loss and feeling our best. Phase 2: Fat Loss
Once you've built muscle and have started feeling confident with the foundational habits we have started implementing, we transition into the fat loss phase. This phase ensures safe and sustainable weight loss:
- Calorie Deficit Introduction: Start a controlled calorie deficit while maintaining adequate protein intake to preserve muscle mass.
- Tracking and Monitoring: Continuously track progress to ensure you’re losing fat without sacrificing muscle, aiming for a safe 0.5-1% body weight loss per week.
- Hypertrophy Strength Program: Follow a customized hypertrophy-focused strength program to maintain the muscle you’ve built.
- Support Your Hormones:Â Working together, we will make sure you are continuing to implement the correct daily habits to promote happy hormones.
- Overcome Mental Roadblocks: We understand that caloire deficits can be taxing mentally which is why we offer daily communication and weekly check-ins to make sure you feel supported throughout the whole 6-month program. Â
Phase 3: Maintenance
The final phase is all about maintaining your hard-earned results and making your new lifestyle sustainable:
- Ease Back to Maintenance Calories: Gradually increase your calorie intake to maintenance levels while retaining your new habits.
- Strength Training: At this stage, we'll reassess your strength goals and design a new program tailored to both your strength and aesthetic aspirations.
- Skill Development: Solidify the skills you've learned in the kitchen, gym, and day to day life, ensuring you can maintain your results long-term.

RefundsÂ
In the event that this Agreement is terminated pursuant to Section 5, no portion of any payments of any kind whatsoever shall be owed or refunded to Client.
Term and Termination
This Agreement shall last for a term of 24 weeks. Client may terminate this Agreement anytime to Company, but no refund will be given. Notice may be given via email. If such notice is given and there is still an outstanding balance on Client’s account, Client must pay the remaining balance to Company. Company reserves the right to collect any outstanding and unpaid balance.
Company may terminate this Agreement at any time in the event Client breaches contract, Client fails to comply with suggestions provided by Coach without reaching an agreeable alternative solution, or Client does not remit payment.
Further, if Company determines, in its sole discretion, that it cannot or will not perform its obligations under this Agreement due to circumstances including, but not limited to, injury, illness, death of family member, pregnancy, military orders, religious obligations, or other personal emergencies , it will:
- Immediately give notice to Client;
- Issue a refund or credit based on a reasonably accurate percentage of services rendered; and
- Excuse Client of any further performance and/or payment obligations under this Agreement.
