I created THE GETUP WELLNESS JOURNAL with your struggles in mind.
For years I was so focused on the big end goals that I never took time to appreciate how far I have come and the small wins along the way. I never realized how important tracking my progress was until I started doing it myself. We all have those days where we feel like everything is going wrong and the universe is not on our side.
However, it is up to you to find the positive in every situation and that is what the mindset work in my journal is going to help you do. No matter how hard life gets, there is always something to be grateful for. You have the ability to stop feeling bad and it starts with shifting your thoughts. We have 60,000 thoughts a day and yet we tend to stick to a few and hold on to them for deer life!

MINDSET: In order to change your results, you must change your mindset. This section is geared towards becoming aware of your thoughts and learning how to actively shift those thoughts to help you achieve your goals. Shift your mindset by forming intentions for the day and focusing on gratitude every morning and evening. You will receive writing prompts that will help you start and finish each day on a positive vibe.
NUTRITION: In this section, you can track your food intake for the day and add in notes that will be helpful for the future. When it comes to changing your health, writing down what you have done for the day will help you become more consistent so you can work on building lifelong habits.
FITNESS: In this section, you can track your daily movement and training sessions. When it comes to your physical health, being about to see progress is key. Writing down your workouts daily will help you stay accountable and you can look back to see how much you have improved.
