This is a 4 hour workshop for beginner to advanced kettlebell enthusiasts or coaches who want to learn new skills and drills to perfect their kettlebell form and learn how to implement these movements into workouts.

Who:

This workshop will benefit beginner to advanced kettlebell enthusiasts. Whether you just bought your first set of bells, are planning on getting a hardstyle certification in the near future, or want to add drills to your tool box to be a better coach for your clients, this is the perfect workshop for you!

 

What:

Learn 5 of the main hardstyle kettlebell movements from kettlebell master, Hannah Hutson also known as GetUpWithHannah. Hannah has successfully received every certification through StrongFirst, making her a StrongFirst Elite instructor and also holds a Precision Nutrition certification. She has been teaching kettlebell training for almost 7 years and previously owned a kettlebell gym in Seattle, Wa. 

I'M READY

At this workshop, you will learn step by step progressions for the following 5 kettlebell movements:

  • swing
  • clean
  • front squat
  • press
  • Turkish get-up

This will be a “Learn and Lift” format that will help instructors and non-instructors take their kettlebell skills to the next level, while also taking you through short workouts implementing the skills you have learned. This will also give you the opportunity to learn how to build workouts in your training programs with each movement that is taught.

Not only will you walk away with better form, drills you can continue to practice, and workouts you can implement in your training, you will also receive a recording of the workshop AND an E-book created by Hannah that breaks down each movement pattern, the setup and progression for each exercise, breathing patterns, and ways to troubleshoot for yourself or your client's!
