Over the 8 weeks, you will learn how to swing, clean, press, squat, snatch, perform Turkish get-ups and single leg deadlifts correctly. This program is built for beginners, or anyone looking to up their kettlebell skills! After finishing the 8 weeks, you will feel more confident with kettlebells and are ready to take on my other online programs!

When you sign up you will receive an email from me with instructions on how to access the program. You will be able to follow the program at your own speed. Once completed you will be ready to move on to more difficult kettlebell programs.
